EOSIS in Saint Paul, MN seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional (LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPCC trainee) to provide individual and group therapy within an interdisciplinary team. The role includes psychoeducation, behavior change plan development, and a $10,000 signing bonus.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field.
• 4000 hours post-master supervised experience in delivery of clinical services for mental illness.
• Current state licensure eligibility for MN licensing candidates (psychiatric nurse, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, psychologist).

Responsabilidades

• Assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating mental disorders and psychosocial problems.
• Assess clinical status of patients referred by primary care providers through brief consultative contacts.
• Work with primary care team to treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or health problems.
• Assist in detecting at-risk patients and develop plans to prevent deterioration.
• Evaluate patient care plans with primary care team.
• Teach patients, families and staff about care and prevention techniques.
• Monitor the site’s behavioral health program and recommend improvements.
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement activities.
