You will hire, train and supervise staff, manage budgets, and work with care teams to coordinate services, quality improvement initiatives, and family relations while aligning with LCB Senior Living policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing memory-impaired populations and supervisory staff.
• Knowledge of dementia care standards and state/local regulations.
• Experience in health/housing management is helpful.
• Must have related licenses/certificates as required by regulators.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the community vehicle if needed.
