Job summary

Paterson Public Schools in New Jersey is seeking certified math teachers to join a district-wide effort to improve student achievement across middle and high school grades. The postings cover multiple endorsement areas and resume submissions will be shared with schools that align.

Qualifications

Must hold New Jersey K-8, Middle School Math, or Mathematics certificate.
Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA.
Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction.
Experience working with students.
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others.
Must be computer literate and able to use interactive computer instructional software.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, and the community.
