You will repair and maintain Veterans' homes, support apartment turnovers, and lead hands-on woodworking classes that build skills, confidence, and a sense of achievement while prioritizing safety and dignity. Qualifications

• Experience with woodworking safety and instruction.
• Ability to repair and maintain residential facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Paint, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
• Landscaping and general facility upkeep.
• Identify safety hazards and address them promptly.
• Track work orders using Buildium.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
• Provide woodworking classes and lead engaging sessions.
• Ensure safety orientation and competency before equipment use.
