• Walk new Licensed Practical Nurse hires through Performance Consulting Group's Fall Prevention workflow during their first 1 weeks.
• Trace medication discrepancies back to the source order, then close the gap with pharmacy.
• Screen incoming referrals for completeness, chasing missing records before the visit at Kalamazoo, MI.
• Wound care from assessment to dressing change, tracking healing across the full admission.
