Job summary

CODAC seeks compassionate, dependable LPNs to join our Opioid Treatment Program. This role focuses on building patient relationships in a fast-paced outpatient setting and making a direct impact in recovery from substance use disorders.

You will dispense medications, support patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe and effective treatment for our members in Arizona.

Qualifications

• AZ LPN license active.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; new grads welcome.
• Behavioral health/outpatient care experience a plus.
• CPR and Life Saver First Aid certifications.
• Licenses/certifications kept current.

Responsibilities

• Safely dispense methadone and other medications per regulations.
• Maintain medication inventory, DEA logs, and dispensing docs.
• Monitor patients for reactions, withdrawal, and wellness.
• Collaborate with providers, counselors, pharmacy staff, and behavioral health pros.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and treatment support.
• Collect urine drug screen specimens.
• Coordinate care with pharmacies, hospitals, and outside agencies.
• Maintain medication storage and security compliance.
• Provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care.
• Attend team meetings and program activities.
