You will teach patients and families, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the medical team to respond to changing patient needs while upholding hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Project Search graduate acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide a wide variety of nursing functions to support the medical plan of care.
• Maintain patient records with daily nursing summaries and medication administration records.
• Provide patient/family teaching for continuing care during and after discharge.
• Perform IV therapy according to hospital guidelines.
