Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered LPN license in Minnesota.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team and maintain patient confidentiality.
