Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or technical degree required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required for state of practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data.
• Provides direct care in a safe manner.
• Evaluates the plan of care on an ongoing basis.
• Communicates effectively in writing and orally with patients, families, and health team members.
• Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery in the assigned area.
