Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Nurse in implementing the plan of care for a group of patients.
• Provide direct care in a safe manner.
• Evaluate the plan of care on a continuous basis.
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally with patients, families and health team members.
• Participate in activities to improve health care delivery in the assigned area.
