ISN Corporation is a Bethesda-based government services contractor seeking an organized professional to join our loan servicing team. The role focuses on lien releases, privacy, and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

You will process lien release tasks, maintain logs in internal systems, and support audits and related loan servicing functions while collaborating with teammates to meet deadlines and client guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of mortgage industry experience.
• Data management skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of FHA and HUD guidelines; strong communication and organization.

Aufgaben

• Protects borrower privacy by ensuring only authorized access.
• Processes Lien Release tasks using internal databases and logs.
• Follows procedures and supports audits and other loan servicing functions.
• Works independently or in a group to meet goals and deadlines.
• Builds positive relationships to maintain morale and collaboration.
• Adheres to ISN/client policies for Claims tasks and inquiries.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
