Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with an active Oklahoma license.
• Experience in an acute-care hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of antimicrobial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Verify and optimize medication orders for accuracy and safety.
• Manage pharmacokinetics and dosing adjustments as needed.
• Consult on antimicrobial stewardship to optimize therapy.
• Contribute to code responses and emergency protocols.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and patient counseling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Participate in quality, safety, and process-improvement initiatives with clinicians.
