Responsibilities

• Plan a program of study and unit/weekly/daily lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
• Employ diverse instructional techniques and media to meet student needs.
• Implement the KIPP Memphis curriculum and instructional goals.
• Monitor student progress using diagnostic assessments for intervention or acceleration.
• Maintain safety, records, and communications with parents.
• Collaborate with administrative team and engage in professional development.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
