Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of application development experience including leadership of technical initiatives.
• Strong experience with enterprise apps using modern languages, APIs, integration tech, databases, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, testing, implementation, and support across Legal & Compliance Technology portfolio with hands-on coding.
• Analyze requirements and create scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Act as technical lead, guiding solution design, coding practices, risk management, and deployment strategies.
• Support production operations through incident triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team leadership and talent development.
