Job summary

NITELINES USA, INC seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide on-site mental health services for Center students in Mammoth Cave, KY. The role emphasizes early identification, diagnosis, and evidence-based care within HIPAA-compliant guidelines.

The ideal candidate is licensed in KY, capable of independent practice, and able to collaborate with the health/wellness team. A BLS/CPR certification is required or obtainable after acceptance.

Qualifications

• Must be actively licensed to practice independently in Kentucky.
• Must maintain licensing requirements/certification/accreditation.
• Must hold a current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ON-SITE Mental Health Care services for all students in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Coordinate Mental Health care with other health/wellness components on Center.
• Identify and address mental health needs to promote employability and well-being.
• Complete initial assessments (intake) and treatment plans.
• Document diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and related records in SHR/Program forms.
• Collaborate with TEAP for co-occurring conditions and coordinates with physicians for medications.
• Attend RAC meetings and participate in monthly conference calls and trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality of student health records per HIPAA.
