Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary clinical treatment team.

You will perform psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention and recovery-focused interventions across hospitalization, disease management and wellness. NJ LCSW licensure is required, with 2+ years post-licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• MSW required and minimum of 2 years post-licensure work experience.
• Ability to perform psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention theory and its application across settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients by utilizing modalities as part of the multidisciplinary clinical treatment team.
