Job summary

Penlink is seeking a Program Manager to support a U.S. Federal government client with Penlink software and systems. You will act as a product SME for Law Enforcement Technology, monitor health, optimize performance, and coordinate with agency users and internal teams.

You will be onsite in Lincoln, NE or Washington, D.C., traveling monthly as required. Must hold US citizenship and be eligible for government clearances.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain federal clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication, analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL, Windows, AD, Azure and networking basics.
• Willingness to travel near DC and Lincoln for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support as the primary client contact and guide users.
• Monitor health of Penlink software and perform system optimizations.
• Diagnose issues, resolve tech problems, and minimize downtime.
• Document issues and fixes in the Salesforce CRM promptly.
• Coordinate with Development, Product and Sales to relay client feedback.
• Onboard and train agency personnel on Penlink software usage.
• Generate monthly usage reports and service deliverables.
• Support investigative activities as directed by the client.
