Qualifications

• Active Alabama School Psychology license required.
• Experience or strong interest in K-12 educational settings.
• Familiarity with a range of psychological assessments and intervention techniques.
• Willingness to travel among district schools as assignments develop.

• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to best practices in student support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver evidence-based recommendations and interventions for students and educators.
• Contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver timely reports.
• Potential to support schools as an itinerant psychologist based on testing demands.
