Job summary

Birch Agency in Cleveland, OH is hiring a fully licensed Intervention Specialist for the 2026–2027 school year. You will provide targeted, pull-out and resource instruction to K–8 students at a public charter school and help achieve IEP goals.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a full-time schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have an Ohio license as Intervention Specialist.
• Experience with Resource/Pull-Out instruction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IEPs and progress monitoring.
• Excellent classroom management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction in a Resource/Pull-Out setting.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs.
• Implement accommodations and modifications per IEPs.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate progress data and documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, related services, admins and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals.
• Use differentiated strategies for diverse learners.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment.
• Encourage independence and academic growth.
