Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Minnesota to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct therapy, assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and support recovery in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
