Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Minnesota. Provide direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a compassionate team to drive meaningful outcomes for patients recovering functional independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to support patient independence and recovery.
• Support patient education and engage in goal-oriented therapy milestones.
