Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab in Wichita, KS. You will work with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury and other critical diagnoses, delivering 1:1 patient care with 4–6 patients daily.

The role emphasizes mentorship, evidence-based practice and a supportive team focused on patient improvement during a 3–4 week stay. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in OT, an active OT license or ability to obtain in Oklahoma, and inpatient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 patient care with 4–6 patients per day.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy in inpatient rehab.
• Mentorship and training with a compassionate team.
