Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dallas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting, delivering compassionate, personalized therapy to help patients regain independence.

You will assess, plan, and adjust interventions within a team that celebrates small victories and uses cutting-edge technology to improve outcomes; enrollment offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth from day one.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Masters Degree preferred, or Bachelors Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
