Job summary

Zealand Pharma seeks an In Vivo Research Associate for its Translational Pharmacology group at the Cambridge, MA site. You will run rodent studies, manage the full study workflow from dosing to sample analysis, and contribute to project decisions with senior scientists.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in biology, pharmacology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years hands-on in vivo experience in academia or industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform compound administration (SC, IP, IV, PO) and collect body weight and intake data.
• Conduct metabolic phenotyping (glucose/insulin tolerance tests, body composition, indirect calorimetry).
• Collect non-terminal blood samples and tissues for PK/PD studies; perform terminal procedures including necropsy.
