Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma and lived experience required if not Bachelor's.
• AIMH Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred or obtainable within first year.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home family support with a focus on strengths-based approaches.
• Maintain caseloads per Healthy Families America standards.
• Complete documentation and progress notes by deadlines.
• Conduct screenings and referrals per program requirements.
• Ensure child health visits, immunizations, and developmental monitoring.
• Coordinate with community resources for family needs.
