Community Options, Inc. is seeking Developmental Home Providers to open their homes to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities, offering a 24/7 family-like setting and tax-exempt income.

Contracted providers will follow licensing requirements and complete required trainings, with ongoing supervisory visits from the licensing specialist. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community in Tempe, AZ.

Formación

• At least 21 years old and must pass a background check.
• Adequate transportation.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience.
• Complete 22 hours of Community Options training; CDH providers need 15 extra hours.
• Annual physical and State Life Safety Inspection.
• Open to supervisory visits and licensing process requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a 24/7 family-like home setting for the individual.

• Submit documents and participate in the licensing process.
