Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social or Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • One year of experience in criminal justice, corrections, or related field.
  • Experience reviewing law enforcement documents is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provides case processing and administrative support to ICE's mission, including records management and document preparation.
  • Enters case data into ICE systems with accuracy and data integrity.
  • Retrieves and organizes court records and supporting materials for ICE review.
  • Assists ICE legal representatives in obtaining criminal history checks and documentation.
  • Prepares and manages case files, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinates docket with EOIR and USCIS; schedules hearings and adjudications.
  • Reviews paperwork for Stay of Deportation, OSUP, OR, bonds, and related documents.
  • Coordinates with ICE to facilitate interviews, hearings, removals, and updates.
  • Maintains case status records, schedules, and dashboards.
  • Tracks release conditions and reports violations to ICE liaison.
  • Prepares removal documents and ensures proper documentation for departure.
  • Verifies detainees have necessary paperwork and documents before transfer.
  • Performs routine duties to maintain order and supervise detainees during transport.
  • Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
