Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive home-based treatment services to youth.
• Act as a central point of contact for families and agencies.
• Develop and coordinate individual treatment plans.
• Maintain a caseload of 3 to 6 IHBT clients.
• Timely submission of all documentation.
