In this role you will clean resident rooms under supervision, keep interior and exterior areas tidy, and support a positive environment for residents, families, and team members. Reliability and compassionate communication are essential for success in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large facility setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully with residents and families.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
• Follow established cleaning, safety, and infection control procedures
