Job summary

Mission Healthcare is seeking a qualified RN to provide home health care in South Portland. The role includes initial patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of patient needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid RN license, experience in acute care, and strong communication skills. This position offers competitive pay rates ranging from $55 to $60 per hour depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Completes an initial assessment of the patient and family.
• Initiates and revises the plan of care based on patient status.
• Regularly re-evaluates patients’ needs.
• Develops a care plan incorporating therapeutic actions.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate.
