The ideal candidate must be licensed, graduated from a CAPTE-approved program, and hold a current CPR certification. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are also necessary for agency travel.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed PT assistant in the respective state.
• Experience in home health care is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
