Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Knoxville, TN team. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in patients' homes, ensuring the plan of treatment is followed and progress is communicated.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• PTA license required in the practicing state.
• BLS/CPR certification required per state regulations.
• Minimum of one year PTA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the Physical Therapist.
• Communicates patient status and progress to PT and assists with adaptive equipment.
• Ensures timely documentation of patient treatment and billing as required.
• Collaborates with the care team to support patient goals.
