Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our on-site care team. The PT will examine and treat patients to improve mobility, independence, and daily living activities using a range of modalities.

Candidates should have at least one year of clinical experience, a valid driver's license, and be committed to high-quality home-based care. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Improve mobility, independence, and daily living activities.
• Utilize specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement.
