Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the AMA and AOTA, or eligible by national exam.
• Licensed to practice in the states where working.
• Two years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy per physician orders in patient homes.
• Develops and updates plan of care and goals; completes initial evaluation and progress notes.
• Performs skilled OT procedures and educates patients and families.
• Collaborates with physicians and other home health staff to coordinate care.
