Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge planning; communicates plans to appropriate parties.
• Completes clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
