Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT or OTD required; foreign equivalent acceptable.
• OT licensure in all applicable states of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required per AH policy.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age 21 required.

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and communicates care plans.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
