Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Home Health Occupational Therapist for Nags Head, NC. This full-time role offers a $10K sign-on bonus and centers on 1:1 patient care, collaborative team support, and independent management of patient goals in a warm, patient-centered home-health setting in Dare & Carrituck Counties.

Requirements include CAPTE-approved OT education, state OT licensure, CPR, and at least 2 years of adult OT experience; home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Occupational Therapy Education program.
• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in state is required.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association) is required; may be offered on hire.
• Two years of experience in adult occupational therapy; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment per physician orders, including adaptive equipment.
• Establish measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Maintain communication with treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Maintain thorough documentation for billing.
• Supervise OT Assistants in patient care as applicable.
