Amedisys is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide in Arizona to support patient care at home. You will work 20-25 hours per week with flexible days, delivering essential daily assistance and monitoring health status for patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, bathing, meals, light housekeeping, documenting changes and following infection control procedures. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, state CNA certification, CPR certification, and recent

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state CNA certification/registration.
• CNA experience within the last two years.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Ability to pass the care center competency program.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiration.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
• Assists patient with getting in and out of bed, bathing, hygiene, and toileting.
• Prepares and provides meals and assists with eating.
• Performs light homemaking and other environmental services.
• Observes, reports, and documents any changes in patient status.
• Follows infection prevention and control and care center procedures.
• Assists patient with prescribed exercises as instructed per nurse or therapist.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
