Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests from attorneys, insurers, patients, and others.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of patient information.
• Log requests in Epic within 24 hours and scan records accordingly.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance on subpoenas and court orders.
