Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. You will support 4–5 residents by performing clinical assessments, administering medications, providing treatments, and educating direct support staff on personal care.

The role requires strong clinical skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and comprehend English to accurately follow care plans, document services, and communicate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications on-site in the assigned home.
• Perform daily health assessments for all assigned individuals.
• Ensure safe and effective personal care, including bathing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Provide skilled nursing care as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Train and support staff in medical protocols, personal care techniques, and treatments.
