Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have had at least one successful pregnancy
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• BMI under 30

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional support
• Maintain communication with your dedicated case manager and support team
• Attend medical appointments as required and follow all care protocols
