Job summary

MDS Communications is hiring Entry-level Call Center Representatives in Mesa, AZ. As a Communication Specialist, you will receive in-depth training and connect with donors for multiple clients using a structured script.

You’ll help raise funds and support various non-profit causes in a fast-paced call center environment. You will work on behalf of several clients, with a strong emphasis on donor engagement, quality service, and meeting fundraising metrics.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more outbound telemarketing experience or a stable employment history.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commitment to charitable/non-profit causes.
• Willingness to learn.
• Persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over an 8 hour day using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner using a client-approved script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
