Job summary

MDS Communications in Mesa, AZ is hiring Call Center Representatives to support our donor fundraising programs for national non-profits. As a Communication Specialist, you will participate in training, handle calls for multiple clients, and use scripted dialogues to engage and secure donations from donors.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ outbound telemarketing or strong long-term employment history.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training.
• Call for 4-8 different clients over the course of an 8 hour day, using predictive dialing equipment.
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging manner using a script.
• Secure financial gifts from donors on behalf of our clients.
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
