Tradermath is seeking a Fundamental Analyst Intern to join our Fundamental Research team in New York. You will learn how we integrate traditional investment analysis with the firm's core quantitative strategies.

Your diverse day-to-day work will help us discover new ways to expand our trading opportunities. You will work on live projects across asset classes that marry big-picture strategic thinking with detailed data analysis and documentation review.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree; a degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Effective communicator with strong written and oral skills.
• Highly analytical and logical thinker, comfortable working with numbers.
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets and factors that influence them.
• Humble about what you know and don’t know; not afraid to ask questions.
• Extremely organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling is a plus.
• Prior experience with Python is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate trade ideas involving fundamental catalysts and valuation insights.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence and valuation analysis for primary and secondary offerings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and groups to gather essential information and feedback.
