Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to assist teachers in planning, materials prep, and small-group instruction.
• Must pass CPR/First Aid and Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Preferred: associate degree or two years of college; ParaPro/WorkKeys assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and materials.
• Provide individualized or small-group instruction to reinforce skills.
• Supervise and support students in activities and transitions.
• Assist with feeding, lifting, toileting, or dressing as needed.
• Attend trainings and maintain a safe classroom environment.
