Job summary

TMO is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and React. You will build core user experiences while contributing to backend services that power our SaaS platform, strengthening internal processes, performance, and cross-team alignment.

You will own backend APIs, frontend interfaces, and API contracts, collaborating with backend and design teams to deliver end-to-end features that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional, post-college software engineering experience as a full-stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across backend and frontend codebases.
• Extensive experience with Node.js backend services including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid experience with React for building scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and data fetching patterns.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization flows.
• Familiarity with performance optimization on frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript to support frontend functionality.
• Build responsive, type-safe frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Define API contracts and ensure efficient data fetching (REST or GraphQL) for the frontend.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into polished user experiences.
