Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares salads, desserts, and beverages; cleans pots, pans, utensils, defrosts coolers/fridges.
• Assists with staff performance discussions and disciplinary recommendations.
• Supports quality assurance through audits and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Reports and helps resolve resident complaints and incidents.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and efficient work environment for residents and staff.
