Job summary

This hands-on role requires a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related field, 3+ years of fitness leadership, and CPR/AED certification. You will align programs with strategic goals and manage budgets to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in fitness with hands-on training and client interaction.
• Experience leading group classes and tailoring workouts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise fitness professionals to deliver quality services.
• Design and evaluate fitness and health-promotion programs for clients.
• Lead group exercise program including scheduling and instruction.
• Perform initial fitness assessments and create personalized plans.
