Job summary

Lincoln Tech New Britain campus is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through the federal aid process and ensure timely Title IV clearance. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to facilitate funding and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education.
• Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance.
• Strong communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance.
• Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance.
• Support New, Veteran, and Agency students with specialized funding needs.
• Participate in campus orientations and student start events.
• Collaborate with FA Managers and Regional Directors.
