Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance. The role requires hands-on experience in higher education financial aid and a focus on accurate data management.

You'll collaborate with FA Managers, provide support to New, Veteran, and Agency students, and participate in campus orientations and start events. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education.
• Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and corporate financial aid teams.
• Detail-oriented approach to data management and file maintenance.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities
